The Association's governing documents are the CC&Rs, the Bylaws and the Rules and Regulations. A plain-language summary of the rules is on the Living here page.

Owners can request copies of governing documents and Association records from Higher Ground Property Management, Inc. at (888) 810-9533. A secure owners' area for documents, budgets and meeting minutes is planned for this site.

Owners also have the right to copies of Board meeting minutes (other than executive sessions). Send a written request to management with the meeting dates you want.

Official Association notices are posted in the central common area of the building. This website is for information only.
